What We Aim For

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our reference standard. That is the benchmark most organizations work toward, and it is what we check new pages against.

Steps we have taken

• Headings are structured in order so screen readers can move through a page
• Navigation, links, buttons, and the estimate form can be operated with a keyboard
• Images carry text alternatives that describe what they show
• Text and background colors are chosen for readable contrast, including on buttons
• Text reflows and stays readable when you zoom or use a phone
• Form fields have visible labels rather than placeholder text alone

Known Limitations

Some parts of the site rely on third party services, such as call tracking and form handling, and we do not control their code. Documents or maps we link to may not be fully accessible. When we find a barrier, we fix it or provide another way to get the same information.

If something does not work for you

Tell us what happened and we will help right away and fix the page. It helps if you can include:

• The page address you were on
• What you were trying to do
• The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using

We aim to respond within three business days. If a page is blocking you, we will give you the same information by phone or email in the meantime, including answering estimate questions over the phone so you never have to use the form.
