Depending on the type of work, where the property is, and how the schedule looks, a project may be handled by our own team or referred to an independent, qualified contractor we work with in Maryland. When a referral leads to work, we may receive compensation from that contractor.

We also use call tracking and analytics so we can tell which pages and advertising sources produce inquiries. That is measurement, not a change to what you are quoted.

What This Means for You

• You will know who is coming. Ask who will perform the work and we will tell you before anyone is scheduled.
• Your written estimate is the price. Whatever arrangement exists behind the scenes, the signed estimate is what you pay.
