The People You Will Work With
Gregory Ashford
Gregory founded Baltimore County Inherited Home Solutions after helping his own family work through the practical challenges of an inherited Baltimore County house. He grew up in the county and still measures a productive day by whether a complicated property problem became easier to explain by the end of it. Away from work, he enjoys early Saturday walks on Maryland trails and restoring old hand tools picked up at local estate sales.
Sophia Delgado
Sophia keeps the details organized when a property involves several heirs, an out-of-state family member, belongings, contractors, or a changing timeline. A Maryland native, she is known around the team for turning a page of scattered notes into a clear list of next steps. Outside work, she volunteers at neighborhood donation drives and rarely passes a used bookstore without going inside.
Jordan Whitfield
Jordan focuses on the physical side of inherited houses, including deferred maintenance, repair questions, vacancy concerns, and what an as-is approach may involve. Years around older Maryland housing taught them to look beyond cosmetic issues and pay attention to the practical condition of the property. They spend free weekends coaching youth basketball and working on small woodworking projects in the garage.
How We Work Together
We start by listening. An inherited house with one local heir and no major repairs is very different from a vacant property full of belongings that is being managed by three siblings in different states. We want to understand those details before talking about a possible path forward.
From there, we keep the property side organized and understandable. We discuss condition, repairs, cleanout, vacancy, timing, and as-is options while respecting the role of attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, and other advisers when their expertise is needed. Our job is to make the house itself less confusing, not to pretend we can answer every estate question.
